As Co-Founder and Director of Engineering at DISAICA LLC, she guides the firm’s technical direction, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. She holds the PMP and LEED AP BD+C credentials, underscoring her commitment to disciplined project management and environmentally responsible engineering. Passionate about sustainable development, Jhosmared incorporates green, efficient, and resilient design principles—including LEED-aligned criteria whenever applicable—into her work. She oversees stormwater systems, water and sewer infrastructure, plumbing system design, grading, paving, and multidisciplinary coordination, combining precision and constructability with forward-thinking innovation.
